Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Age 60 to 74 years (young elderly)
  • •Has a permanent pacemaker
  • •At least 24 hours have elapsed since the pacemaker was installed
  • •Access to a caller ID phone at home
  • •No known mental disorders
  • •Be literate

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Reluctance to continue cooperation
  • •Telephone disconnection for two weeks in the first month and for 3 weeks in the second and third months of the intervention
  • •Becoming serious or causing any serious disruption affecting the research process
