入排标准
入选标准
- •persistent either unilateral knee pain or bilateral knee pain which is > 40 mm on a visual analogue scale (VAS: 0 to 100 mm)
- •ii.less than 30 min of morning stiffness
- •iii.crepitus on active motion
- •iv. restricted movement
- •v.radiologic findings of osteoarthritis (osteophytes formation, joint space narrowing, subchondral bone sclerosis, and subchondral cysts).
排除标准
- •i.History of knee arthroplasty
- •ii.Traumatic injury related joint deformity
- •iii.Intra-articular injection before the enrolment
- •iv.Serious infection of the knee
- •v.Suspected tears in any ligaments or menisci or acute inflammation of the synovial capsule
- •vi.History of malignancy
- •vii.Autoimmune disease or inflammatory arthritis
