All patients with indications other than a tracer diagnosis of dyspnoea

Primary Outcome Measures

Analysis of the incidence of diseases dyspnoea in the period 01.01.2015 - 30.09.2023 and analysis of the corresponding emergency medical therapy, including non-invasive interventions (optimized positioning, oxygen therapy), medication, mechanical ventilation (controlled ventilation, assisted ventilation), intubation.

Identify any correlation with season and time of day<br>Influence of meteorological data such as air temperature, air pressure, precipitation and particulate pollution<br>Influence of the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic on the analysed incidences, time reference (start of pandemic, lockdowns) and start of increased infection prevention efforts.<br>Subgroup analysis of patients transported to Ulm University Hospital to compare the initial emergency physician diagnosis with the case-related diagnosis from the hospital documentation system.
