1. Aged between 18 and 60 years.
2. Experiencing at least one of the following post-COVID-19 symptoms for a duration of at least four weeks after the COVID-19 infection: fatigue, dyspnea, musculoskeletal pain, cough, headache, palpitation, decreased exercise capacity, loss of appetite, nausea, etc.
3. Have received a diagnosis of COVID-19 infection through RT-PCR or ATK testing.
4. Capable of effective communication and able to follow instructions.
1. History of cardiovascular diseases.
2. History of syncope or autonomic abnormalities before COVID-19 infection.
3. Use of drugs affecting the autonomic nervous system, e.g., beta-blockers, etc.
4. Alcoholism or current smoking.
5. Pregnancy.
6. History of cleft lip and cleft palate.
7. Body temperature exceeding 37.5 degrees Celsius.
8. Unstable cardiovascular function: heart rate > 100 bpm, blood pressure < 90/60 mmHg or > 140/90 mmHg, or SpO2 less than 95%.
