People with an age equal to or greater than 60 years who have a cellular device that can support the use of the application and its resources

Analyze the applicability of the application and verify the effects of the application in changes in behavior and health parameters. It is expected that a trace of two healthy habits will be found during the 14 weeks of intervention. There will be fair evaluations before and after intervention with an application to analyze or increase these habits, and to improve some health parameters, such as blood glucose, blood pressure, weight, BMI, and health knowledge.
