简要总结

28 participants with neurological balance impairments will be selected on the basis of inclusion and exclusion criteria and will be randomized into two groups by chit method for task-specific and sensorimotor training. Task-specific training will be delivered for a duration of 20 minutes followed by 20 minutes of conventional treatment and sensorimotor training will be given for 20 minutes followed by 20 minutes of conventional treatment.

入选标准

  • Diagnosed cases of stroke of all genders from the age group of 18 to 75 years who are willing to participate.
  • Ability to maintain a sitting position independently for at least 30 seconds and to stand with or without support for at least 1minute.
  • Mini-Mental State Examination score greater than or equal to
  • Berg Balance Scale score between 21 to 45.

排除标准

  • 1.Recurrent or multiple strokes 2.Severe visual or vestibular deficits.
  • 3.Severe musculoskeletal problems.
  • uncontrolled 4.cardiovascular, respiratory, or metabolic conditions.
  • 5.Severe spasticity or contractures.
  • Other neurological disorders.
