1.Sandhi Shool (joint pain).
2.Sandhi Graha (restricted movements).
3.Gender- Male and Female.
4.Age-20 years-70 years.
5.Patients who will give written consent.
1.Patient having spinal tumor, malignant diseases of pelvis, TB of vertebral bodies.
2.Any traumatic conditions of spine and hip.
3.Known case of Autoimmune diseases, Cardiac disease.
4.Recent lumbar surgery or implanted instrumentation or prostheses.
5.Pregnancy, lactation, epilepsy or any other serious illness.
6.Contraindications for Snehapan or Basti karma in the respective group.
7.Age <20 yrs. & >70 yrs.
