Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients within the age group 16\-40 years, who will give their written consent and who will agree to follow the protocol of study. Patient fulfilling the diagnostic criteria according to PMS Scale screening, not using any hormonal contraceptives, having a regular menstrual cycle and medication free
Exclusion Criteria
- •Diagnosed case of psychiatric disorder, pelvic pathology or Premenstrual dysphoric disorder
