male and female more than 20 years old; more than two suicide attempt in past history; ability to understand the conditions of study; signing the study informed consent; ability to have communication for fallow up; no history of cognitive disorder or dementia in cases(DSM4-TR criteria); no medical emergency state that needs emergency intervention (for example an urgent surgery).
Exclusion criteria: changed address and phone number that causes no more communication; the patient will not want to continue the study death (except suicide).

Name Time Method Suicide reattempt. Timepoint: start of communication, 2 weeks; 4 weeks, 2 months, 3 months, 4 months, 5 months, 6 months and 8 months after communication. Method of measurement: Designed form for fallow up.
