Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •male and female more than 20 years old; more than two suicide attempt in past history; ability to understand the conditions of study; signing the study informed consent; ability to have communication for fallow up; no history of cognitive disorder or dementia in cases(DSM4\-TR criteria); no medical emergency state that needs emergency intervention (for example an urgent surgery).
- •Exclusion criteria: changed address and phone number that causes no more communication; the patient will not want to continue the study death (except suicide).
