Inclusion Criteria
Community-dwelling Korean elderly were eligible if they resided in one of the districts covered by the community center, and were 60 years or older. Care management was delivered by a nurse care manager trained in assessing health behavior; in providing dementia specific education; and in making treatment adjustments according to evidence based guidelines.
Exclusion Criteria
Criteria for exclusion included severe visual or hearing impairment and a previous diagnosis of idiopathic Parkinson’s disease, liver disease, alcoholism, or known terminal illness.
