It refer to the diagnostic criteria of the first edition of Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines Orthopedics Fascicle compiled by the Chinese Medical Association and published in 2009.
(1) Medical history: having a history of acute lumbar sprain or chronic recurrent lumbar pain;
(2) Symptoms: low back pain, sciatica, numbness of limbs;
(3) Signs: lumbar scoliosis, restricted lumbar movement, tenderness of the spinous process between the lesions, positive straight leg elevation test; ?
(4) Imaging examination: X-ray examination of the lumbar spine showed that the lumbar spine may show scoliosis, the intervertebral space was reduced or significantly narrowed, and the curvature of the lumbar spine was reduced; CT/MRI examination showed a herniated disc.
(1) Those who do not meet the inclusion criteria and cannot cooperate with the treatment plan;
(2) Those who is unable to accept one or both therapy of the treatment plan;
(3) Patients with severe bone diseases such as osteoporosis, bone tumors, bone tuberculosis, and fractures;
(4) Patients with severe primary diseases and mental illnesses;
(5) Women who are breastfeeding, pregnant or preparing to become pregnant;
(6) Patients who is taking other treatment for LDH or participating in clinical trials of other drugs.
