Inclusion Criteria
1. Patients with a history of solid organ transplantation
2. Adult patients 18 years of age or older
Exclusion Criteria
1) underwent any transplantation within a year before the cohort entry date
2) received CNI or mTORi (sirolimus or everolimus) during the washout window
3) had a human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) infection (B20–24) within a year before the cohort entry date
4) were aged under 18 years on the cohort entry date
