Inclusion Criteria

The patients suffering from signs and symptoms of Sthaulya mentioned in Charak Sutra Sthan 21

BMI > 30

Exclusion Criteria

1 Patients having poorly controlled blood pressure >160/100 mmofhg

2 Patients having complications such as uncontrolled DM , cardiovascular diseases

3 Patients on Prolonged medications ( >6weeks) with corticosteroids or any other drug that may have and influence on the outcome of study

4 Vulnerable groups like children,pregnant women ,elderly people etc

5 Patient with oedema of any aetiology

6 Patients with hearing or cognitive impairment
