Inclusion Criteria
(1) Adult patients
(2) American society of anesthesiologist class I-?
(3) Elective cesarean section
Exclusion Criteria
(1) Pediatric (under 19)
(2) Patients with unstable vital signs
(3) Patients who are at high risk of aspiration
persons with a BMI of 35 or more, oesophageal structures, achalasia, and with a history of gastrointestinal tumors
(4) Any medical history that could effect GI motility
(5) Patients with liver and kidney disease
(6) Emergency surgery.
(7) Patients who do not agree to participate in the study
