Inclusion Criteria
Diagnosed cases of hemiplegia with chronicity of 6 months to 1 and a half year, irrespective of gender, religion and socio-economic status, patients fit for swedana karma
Exclusion Criteria
Comatose and unconscious patients,
Hemiplegia due to traumatic brain injury, intracranial infection & intracranial space occupying lesions like tumor,
Uncontrolled HTN and uncontrolled diabetes and severe cardiac pathology,
Patients unfit for SSPS,
Pregnant and lactating mother
