1. Caries affected primary molars with intraoral and/or extra-oral swelling or intraoral draining sinus tract.
2. Primary molars with deep caries lesions and associated inter-radicular and/or periapical radiolucencies.
3. Caries-affected primary molars with abnormal mobility due to periapical pathosis, but not associated with normal exfoliation.
4. Caries-affected primary molars with internal root resorption involving the cervical 1/3 of the root or external resorption (not physiologic resorption) involving less than 1/3 of the root length
1. Children with Previous history of allergy to the antibiotics
