Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Caries affected primary molars with intraoral and/or extra\-oral swelling or intraoral draining sinus tract.
- •2\. Primary molars with deep caries lesions and associated inter\-radicular and/or periapical radiolucencies.
- •3\. Caries\-affected primary molars with abnormal mobility due to periapical pathosis, but not associated with normal exfoliation.
- •4\. Caries\-affected primary molars with internal root resorption involving the cervical 1/3 of the root or external resorption (not physiologic resorption) involving less than 1/3 of the root length
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Children with Previous history of allergy to the antibiotics
