Inclusion Criteria

Adhesive capdulitis
Shoulder pain more than 3 months with numeric rating scale more than 3 points

Exclusion Criteria

On antiplatelet drugs or thrombolytic drugs
Stroke with hemiparaplegia/hemiparalysis
Cognitive function impairment
Psychiatric condition
Cancer patients
Cervical spine abnormality
History of lidocaine allergy
History of accident at shoulder during 4 weeks before intervention
