简要总结
Total 60 patients will be selected from IPD of our institute. They will be divided into 2 groups each consisting of 30 patients. This is an add-on therapy in which Trial group will be given by post-operative management of Ano-Rectal surgical wound with Nirgundi Patra Kwatha Avagaha Sweda and Comparative group will be given by post-operative management of Ano-Rectal surgical wound. Assessment and follow will be done on 1st, 4th and 7th day.The study duration will be of 7 days.

- •Post-operative Ano-Rectal surgical wound of Fissure in Ano, Fistula in Ano, Haemorrhoids.
- •shopha (Inflammation)
- •shool (Pain)
- •Sraav (Discharge)
- •Kandu (Itching).
排除标准
- •Disorders of particularly Knee and Hip.
- •Guda Arbuda.
- •Skin diseases.

时间窗: Nirgundi Patra Kwatha Avagaha Sweda for 20 minutes daily twice a day for 7 days. | Follow up will be on 1st, 4th and 7th day. | Total duration of study will be 7 days.

- To access the Shoolaghna (analgesics), Krimighna (anti-microbial) and Shophaghna (anti-inflammatory) effect of Nirgundi Patra Kwatha in post-operative Ano-Rectal surgical wound.(Nirgundi Patra Kwatha Avagaha Sweda for 20 minutes daily twice a day for 7 days.)
