- •1)Non cirrhotic portal hypertension
- •2)Patients with IGV2
- •3)Only esophageal varices, no gastric varices
- •4)Past history of variceal bleed
- •5)Past endotherapy as primary prophylaxis
- •6)Contraindications to beta blockers and cyanoacrylate injection
- •7)Pregnancy
