Women who are 70 years of age or older will be included in the study. That they do not perform regular physical exercises and that they do not present chronic labyrinthitis; diseases of the central nervous system such as multiple sclerosis and cerebral palsy; abnormalities of the spinal cord such as trauma or degeneration of the spinal cord; peripheral nerve diseases such as peripheral neuropathy; degenerative muscular diseases like muscular dystrophy; myotonic dystrophy and myositis; skeletal abnormalities and diseases such as skeletal dysplasia and chondrodystrophy; blindness; Parkinson's disease; stroke with sequelae of spasticity or hypotonia.
Older people who are not able to perform the tests proposed during the evaluations will be excluded from the counting and statistical procedure of the study.

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Dynamic balance - It is estimated after finding changes in the variables related to the functional tests Time Up and Go with respect to the time in seconds in the test, as well as to increase the functional reach capacity in centimeters which will be measured with ruler and tape measure and also reduction of pressure values in Kpa in the analysis of maximum and average pressures during gait with baropodometry.;It is estimated to find improvements in the conditions of static postural balance through baropodometric evaluation in orthostasis for 30 seconds with eyes open. We will observe the stabilometric variables referring to the area of the ellipse formed by the oscillation in the AP and ML axes and the oscillation velocity of the CoP Pressure Center.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method It is estimated to correlate the values of the maximum and average pressures in Kpa in the static position with the dynamic gait with the use of baropodometry and also to correlate the static and dynamic pressures in kilopascal (Kpa) and kilogram force (Kf) with the performance in the tests of Functional Reach measured in centimeters and in Test and Time Up and Go measured in seconds.
