1.Patients between age of 40 to 70 years.
2.Patients presenting with classical sign and symptoms of Pitta Vidagdha Drishti & Early to intermediate form of Dry ARMD (i.e, presence of drusens or pigmentary changes around the macula).
1.Presence of any other retinal or macular pathology other than Non-Exudative ARMD such as Exudative ARMD, Diabetic retinopathy, Central geographic atrophy, Haemorrhagic condition of fundus or retinal fluid.
2.History of retinal laser or surgical therapy in study eye.
3.Contraindication of pupil dilatation in the study eye.
4.Mature cataract or media opacification in either eye which limits an adequate view of fundus.
5.Unable to maintain stable fixation for OCT imagining.
6.Patient having systemic problem:- Disorders other than ocular conditions such as Hypertensive patients with systolic BP >180 and diastolic BP >100 mm Hg, FBS (fasting blood sugar) level > 120 mg/dl & PPBS( Post prandial Blood sugar) > 200 mg/dl, severe cardiac diseases, and deranged lipid profile.
