入选标准
- •1. ARDS with followed criteria (all):
- •a. sudden onset
- •b. bilaterale infiltrates in the lung
- •c. PaO2/FIO2 < 300
- •d. no evidence for a cardial reason of the lung failure
- •2. intubation and mechanical ventilation
排除标准
- •1. age < 18 years
- •2. Intubation and mechanical ventilation >7 days of inclusion
- •3. pregnancy and the breastfeeding
- •4. severe cardial diseases (New York Heart
- •Association Klassifikation III or IV, acute Ischemia, ventricular rhythm disorders)
- •5. every neuromuscular disorders
- •6. patient in an interventional study 3 months before
- •7. pacemaker or other electrical implantated devices
- •8. high risk for death within the first 48h
- •9. DNR order
