入选标准
- •1.Subjects aged between 31 to 60years ,irrespective of gender,caste,occupation and socio-economic status.
- •2.Subjects with signs and symptoms of Nidranasha.
- •3.Subjects with signs and symptoms of insomnia as diagnosed by the Diagnostic and Stastical Manual of Mental Disorders.
- •4. Subjects able to give informed written consent for the study.
排除标准
- •1.Pregnant woman and lactating mothers.
- •2.Subjects under medication for sleep disorders.
- •3.Subjects under regular medication for any systemic illness.
- •4. Subjects with past or present seizure disorder,psychiatric disturbances and severe cognitive impairement.
