Inclusion Criteria
Patients who received a diagnosis of cervical incompetence and underwent cerclage under spinal anesthesia
Exclusion Criteria
contraindication to spinal anesthesia, cardiac disease, maternal obesity with body mass index = 35 kg/m2, complicated pregnancy (such as pregnancy-induced hypertension, multiple gestation)
