Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Age over 18 years
  • •Having written consent to participate in the study
  • •No substance abuse
  • •Women with breast cancer undergoing chemotherapy at least one month after the start of treatment
  • •Stage 1\-3 Breast cancer
  • •No severe mental disorders based on the interview
  • •No lesion or skin problem in the ear area and auriculotherapy site

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Metastatic patients
  • •Lack of cooperation of authorities and lack of answers to questionnaire questions
  • •Participate in psychological classes simultaneously
  • •Use of auriculotherapy technique or any other complementary and alternative medicine during the last two months
  • •Participate in a mindfulness\-based cancer recovery program or mindfulness\-based stress reduction for the past five years
  • •Application of another complementary medicine method along with auriculotherapy method
