- •1. Patients with pre-existing kidney disease not requiring RRT (GFT < 30mL/min)
- •2. patients with pre-existing RRT
- •3. patients with a (glomerulo)nephritis, interstitial nephritis or vasculitis
- •4. pregnancy
- •5. patients after kidney transplantation
