入排标准
入选标准
- •Age >45years
- •Patent Laser Iridotomy present
- •IOP >25 mmHg at least 8 weeks post PI
- •Patient able and willing to give an informed consent to have lens extraction with primary implantation of intraocular lens ± goniosynechiolysis.
排除标准
- •Advanced glaucoma in the potentially eligible eye as determined by either: (i) visual field loss (mean deviation worse than -12 dB) or (ii) cup-disc-ratio >= 0.9;
- •Acute attack of angle closure glaucoma (APAC)
- •Corneal opacity precluding anterior chamber evaluation
- •Previous intra-ocular surgery
- •One eyed patients
- •Patient not consenting
