Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Informed consent of expectant mothers
- •Pregnant women 20 to 28 weeks
- •Pregnant women aged 18 to 42 years
- •No previous history of childbirth
- •Without serious complications in pregnancy (pre\-eclampsia, gestational diabetes, disorders Pair)
- •No history of known mental disorders (problems).
- •Absence of pregnancy by medicinal or laboratory method
- •Pregnant mothers equipped with smartphones
- •Absence of unwanted pregnancy
- •points less than 85 from the Wijma questionnaire
Exclusion Criteria
- •Pregnant women undergoing psychological or drug treatment
