Informed consent of expectant mothers
Pregnant women 20 to 28 weeks
Pregnant women aged 18 to 42 years
No previous history of childbirth
Without serious complications in pregnancy (pre-eclampsia, gestational diabetes, disorders Pair)
No history of known mental disorders (problems).
Absence of pregnancy by medicinal or laboratory method
Pregnant mothers equipped with smartphones
Absence of unwanted pregnancy
points less than 85 from the Wijma questionnaire
Participation in childbirth preparation classes
Pregnant women undergoing psychological or drug treatment
