- •1)at least 18 years old. 2)hemodialysis for at least 3 months. 3)consent for cooperation 4) without usage of omega-3 during past 3 months Exclusion criteria: 1)history of steatorrhea. 2) malignancy. 3) abnormal coagulation profile. 4)need for anticoagulation therapy.
