Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •ASA class I\- IV (class IV due to SAH)
- •\-Both gender
- •\-Age 18\-65 years, undergoing clipping of cerebral aneurysm in the neurosurgery operation theatre.
- •\-informed consent from patient or legal heir
Exclusion Criteria
- •\-ASA class III,IV (due to other systemic comorbidities), V
- •\-Age \< 18 years, \> 65 years
- •\-Severe or uncompensated cardiovascular, renal, hepatic or endocrine disease
- •\-Pregnancy, postpartum, lactating females
- •\-Drug allergy to Propofol or Fentanyl
- •\-Refusal to consent by patient or legal heir
- •\-Patients who are intubated and on mechanical ventilation
- •\-Emergency surgery
