- •2.patients who had been suffering from back pain with or without leg pain,which is not responding to conservative management

- •1.patients with pschycological or behaviour disorder.
- •2.patients with chronic inflammatory disorder.
- •3.patients with neoplastic disorder
- •4.pregnant and lactating women
