- Male
入选标准
- •1. Robotic-assisted laparoscopic prostate cancer surgery at Seoul St. Mary's Hospital
- •2. Adults (age more than 19 years old and less than 75 years old)
- •3. American Society of Anesthesiologists grade 1 or 2
排除标准
- •1. Disagreement to participate in this study
- •2. Contraindication to rectus sheath block
- •3. Children (less than 19 years old)
- •4. Old (more than 75 years old)
- •5. American Society of Anesthesiologists grade 3, 4 or 5
- •6. Moderate to severe chronic kidney disease (preoperative eGFR < 60 mL/min/1.73 m2)
- •7. Massive hemorrhage to require blood transfusion during surgery
- •8. Severe hemodynamic instability to require continuous vasopressor infusion during surgery
- •9. Moderate to severe postoperative nausea and vomiting causing to stop additional narcotic analgesics within 24 h after surgery
