- •All newly diagnosed hypothyroidism require treatment in the age range of 18 to 65 years

- •Patients with diabetes mellitus, hypertension, heart failure, liver and kidney disease and polycystic ovary syndrome
- •Treatment with levothyroxine, statins and OCPs in the last 3 months
- •Pregnancy and lactation
