Inclusion Criteria
1. Postnatal mothers with normal vaginal delivery.
2. Postnatal mothers who can understand Hindi and English.
3. Postnatal mothers who are willing and available at the time of data collection.
Exclusion Criteria
1. Postnatal mothers who is critically ill.
2. The mothers who have undergone forceps and ventouse extraction delivery.
3. Postnatal mother with operative deliveries.
4. Women less than 18 years and more than 40 years

Name Time Method 1. To assess the pre-test and post-test scores of involutions of the uterus and perineal pain among postnatal mothers in the experimental and control group. <br/ ><br>2.
