• Subject is scheduled for excisional therapy of CIN
• Permanent coverage by a German statutory or private health insurance since at least one year
• Signed informed consent form (ICF) including data protection consent and signed contact information sheet
• Subject is not able to read and understand the questionnaires and other study documents (ICF etc.) in German or English language
• Subject is pregnant during the enrollment period
• Subject is not willing to provide contact information
• Subject does not have technical means to complete an electronic questionnaire
