- •> 18 Jahre
- •Frauen und Männer
- •Metastasierte Melanom Patienten mit regionaler, metastasierter Erkrankung (jede T; N2b, N2c oder N3; M0) oder mit entfernt- metastasierter Erkrankung (jede T; jede N; M1a, M1b oder M1c), ausgenommen Gerhirnmetastasen oder leptomeningeal Metastasen, und ausge-nommen einem erhöhten LDH Wert.
- •Das Melanom muss das MAGE-3 Gene exprimieren.
- •Vorhandensein von mindestens einer messbaren oder nicht-messbaren Läsion.
- •Standard Ein- und Ausschlusskriterien für Phase I/II Studien müssen berücksichtigt werden
