Inclusion Criteria
- •All Pregnant women with previous one caesarean section undergoing repeat caesarean at term
- •Pfannenstiel/ Midline vertical abdominal skin scar
Exclusion Criteria
- •Previous classical uterine incision
- •Previous laparotomy/laparoscopy/Myomectomy
- •Immunosuppressed individual (HIV, Long term
- •corticosteroid therapy)
- •Placenta previa, morbidly adherent placenta
- •Known endometriosis
- •Known Connective tissue disorders
