7–10 years of with first permanent molars erupted;
Class III molar relationship in the early mixed dentition;
• anterior crossbite on two or more incisors with or without mandibular displacement oo
Closure
skeletal class III relationship judged clinically and confirmed radiographically (– 4the child should be of a Syrian ancestry.
1-Severe skeletal class III resulting primarily from mandibular prognathism (ANB less than - 4°)
2. Class III patients with craniofacial syndromes
3. Cleft lip and palate patients
4.previous orthodontic treatment;
