入选标准
- •1. ASA physical status : 1 and 2
- •2. Aged between 18 â?? 65 years of either sexes.
- •3. Patients receiving antihypertensive medication except beta blocker will be included
- •4. Patients undergoing elective surgery under general anaesthesia with endotracheal intubation
排除标准
- •1. Diabetic autonomic neuropathy
- •2. Patients on beta blocker therapy
- •3. Patients having mouth opening < 4 cms ;
- •4. Thyromental distance < 6 cm, a restricted neck mobility
- •5. Patients with history of documented difficult airway
- •6. BMI > 30 Kg/ m2
- •7. Atrioventricular block > First degree
- •8. Heart Rate < 50 beats / min, Systolic Blood pressure < 80 mmHg
