- •inclusion criteria: history of surgical intervention for rectal prolapse; fecal incontinence; no response to medical treatment; low tone anal sphincter
- •exclusion criteria: anorectal malignancy; concurrent perianal disease (abscess, fistula, sepsis); anal sphincter defect >90 degree; sphinctroplasty; IBD; radiation; psychological & cognitive problem
