Inclusion Criteria
All high risk neonates admitted in Neonatology department of Lok Nayak hospital:
1. Preterm ( <32weeks)
2. Very low birth weight ( <1.5kg)
3. Pathological jaundice
4. Severe asphyxia (APGAR score of 0-3 at 5 minutes of age)
5. Craniofacial anomalies (cleft lip/palate, clinically diagnosed syndromes)
Exclusion Criteria
1. External ear pathologies like canal stenosis, microtia in high risk neonates
2. Middle ear pathologies diagnosed on otoscopy in high risk neonates
3. All critically ill high risk neonates until they are stabilized
