入选标准
- •All high risk neonates admitted in Neonatology department of Lok Nayak hospital:
- •1. Preterm ( <32weeks)
- •2. Very low birth weight ( <1.5kg)
- •3. Pathological jaundice
- •4. Severe asphyxia (APGAR score of 0-3 at 5 minutes of age)
- •5. Craniofacial anomalies (cleft lip/palate, clinically diagnosed syndromes)
排除标准
- •1. External ear pathologies like canal stenosis, microtia in high risk neonates
- •2. Middle ear pathologies diagnosed on otoscopy in high risk neonates
- •3. All critically ill high risk neonates until they are stabilized
