Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •All high risk neonates admitted in Neonatology department of Lok Nayak hospital:
- •1\. Preterm ( \<32weeks)
- •2\. Very low birth weight ( \<1\.5kg)
- •3\. Pathological jaundice
- •4\. Severe asphyxia (APGAR score of 0\-3 at 5 minutes of age)
- •5\. Craniofacial anomalies (cleft lip/palate, clinically diagnosed syndromes)
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. External ear pathologies like canal stenosis, microtia in high risk neonates
- •2\. Middle ear pathologies diagnosed on otoscopy in high risk neonates
- •3\. All critically ill high risk neonates until they are stabilized
