Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Age \> 18 years
  • •\- Presence of surgically/interventionally corrected AHF
  • •\- Patient at DHM

Exclusion Criteria

  • •\- Mental, cognitive, or language impairment that prevents the patient from participating in the study
  • •\- Manifest psychotic illness
