简要总结
Patients of Chronic rhinosinusitis tend to use nasal spray more often due to its simple convenient and easily applicable nasal delivery system. Thus, as per the practicality and quest for such treatment modalities in Ayurveda. Arka is adopted in the form of nasal spray which is prepared by combination of Jala and Agni which makes the medicaments laghupaki, vyavayi, vikasi and thus assimilating quickly in the body, in the present study the drugs of Kalingadi avapeeda nasya will be formulated to Arka as a new ideology and will be administered to patients in the form of nasal spray which will be economical and beneficial

入选标准
- •1.Patients with clinical features of Kaphaja Prathishyaya (chronic rhinosinusitis) 2.Subjects fit for Nasya karma 3.Patient of either sex, with age group between 20-40 years 4.Patients with chronicity less than 5year.
排除标准
- •Patients with any other systemic disorders (like TB, HIV, Retro positive diabetes, Hypertension and Thyroid.) that may interfere the course of treatment
- •Any associated conditions like migraine headache, referred pain from dental pathology will be excluded
- •Patients with nasal polyps along with rhinosinusitis will not be considered for the study
- •Patients suffering from Chronic Simple Rhinitis associated with tonsillitis, adenoids
- •Patients of gross DNS being the reason for nasal blockage.
