Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Type 2 diabetic patients categorized as well controlled. HbA1C less than 7\.5\. (American Diabetes Association Guidelines 2017\)
  • •2\.No active intraoral or systemic disease.
  • •3\.Mandibular bilaterally edentulous posterior teeth with satisfactory healing after tooth loss.
  • •4\.Minimum height of available bone \- 11\.5mm in the edentulous site.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Uncontrolled diabetic patients.
  • •2\.History of radiation therapy in the head and neck region.
  • •3\.Severe clenching or bruxism.
  • •5\.Drug or alcohol abuse
