入排标准
入选标准
- •1. Acute head injury.
- •2. Mild traumatic brain injury defined as
- •a) GCS 13 to15
- •b) loss of consciousness for 30 minutes or less
- •c) duration of posttraumatic amnesia of 24 hours or less
- •3. Age group of 20 to 60 years.
- •4. Lower extremity surgery for trauma.
排除标准
- •1. Associated systemic injury eg.,chest and abdomen.
- •2. Patients expected to undergo multiple surgery.
- •3. Patients with other systemic illness.
- •4. Patients with any contraindication for regional anaesthesia eg.,coagulopathy
- •5. The patients of the reginal anaesthesia group in whom the neuraxial block will be
- •ineffective or doubtful will be excluded from the study and administered general
- •anaesthesia.
