1.Diagnosis of CKD stage 3-5
2.Considering to create brachiocephalic part
3.Having 2.0 and 2.5 mm of selected artery and vein diameters, respectively
1.Previous creation of AVF at a distal part of the same side that will be expected to create
2.Artery disease e.g. peripheral artery disease, atherosclerosis, and central venous occlusive disease
3.Musculoskeletal conditions e.g. myopathy and rheumatoid
4.Neurological conditions e.g. stroke, peripheral neuropathy, and radiculopathy
5.History of injury which involves hand function at the fistula limb
6.Unable to understand Thai language
