Inclusion Criteria
- Patients undergoing cardiac surgery with cardiopulmonary bypass (including coronary artery bypass grafting, valve repair or replacement, or repair of congenital heart malformation, large vessel, aortic disease);<br>2. Patients who underwent surgery between January 1, 2018 and December 31, 2023;<br>3. Standard-of-care patients with or without ulinastatin
Exclusion Criteria
- Patients with severe subarachnoid hemorrhage;<br>2. Patients with multiple extracorporeal circulation operations;<br>3.Incomplete records (missing information on patient ID, age, sex, and diagnosis).
